Network Operations, Administration, Maintenance, Technical Support, Monitoring, Change Management, RCA, and Documentation.

· 24x7 network monitoring and alert management.

· First-level troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network circuits. Incident logging, ticket management, escalation, and follow-up.

· Network health checks and performance monitoring.

· User MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) requests.

· Maintaining network documentation and inventory records.

· Monitoring security logs and reporting abnormalities.

· Supporting firmware/software upgrades under supervision.

· Coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for fault resolution.

· Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

· Root Cause Analysis ownership for Severity-1 incidents.

Role Summary:

Provide first-level operational support for enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, WAN links, DNS/DHCP services, and network monitoring systems. Responsible for incident handling, troubleshooting, health monitoring, escalation management, documentation updates, and coordination with vendors to ensure network availability and service continuity.

Key Skills:

· TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN

· Palo Alto, Cisco Switches & Routers

· Firewall Monitoring

· DNS, DHCP, VPN

· SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios or similar monitoring tools

· ITIL Incident & Change Management

· Basic Network Security Concepts

· Documentation and Reporting

· Certifications Preferred:

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

· CompTIA Network+

· ITIL Foundation

Key Requirement:

· Singapore / PR / EP

· Experience: 1–3 Years

· Well versed with Palo Alto and Network Infrastructure
