  • Oversee landscape maintenance work, including grass, shrubs, trees, and hardscape according to the SLA.
  • Oversee cleanliness work in the area.
  • Monitor, execute, and improve landscape maintenance and cleanliness work in the area.
  • Supervise landscape upgrade work.
  • Analyze and assess the existing plants for necessary repairs or damage prevention.
  • Monitor SLA and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
  • Monitor and inspect the performance of vendors' workforce and equipment.
  • Check daily and weekly progress reports from landscape maintenance and cleanliness vendors.



Requirements

  • Min. D3/S1 Landscape Architecture / Civil Engineer
  • Experienced in the same field min. 2 years
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D
  • Experienced in landscape maintenance and area cleaning.
  • Experienced in working with area management companies and landscape contractors.
  • Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
