We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to help lead residential remodeling projects throughout the Doylestown area. If you enjoy producing quality work, mentoring others, and working alongside people who care about doing things right, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll be the field leader responsible for helping projects run safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead daily jobsite activities on residential remodeling projects
• Perform rough and finish carpentry as needed
• Coordinate field crews and subcontractors
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Help maintain project schedules and identify potential issues early
• Ensure quality workmanship throughout every phase of construction
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and trade partners
• Mentor less experienced carpenters and help build a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
• Strong rough and finish carpentry skills
• Previous leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
