We're looking for an experienced Skilled Carpenter who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants to be part of a company where quality always comes first.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to help deliver exceptional remodeling and custom home projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Stage materials and prepare work areas for upcoming phases of construction
• Communicate potential field issues before they become larger problems
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Experience with rough carpentry, finish carpentry, or both
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
• Skilled in using common carpentry hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on custom homes or residential remodeling projects
• Broad understanding of residential construction methods
• Interest in growing into future Lead Carpenter or field leadership roles
