This is a hands-on role with a clear path to grow into a Lead Carpenter position as our company continues to expand.

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Carpenter, you'll play a key role in delivering residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Perform skilled carpentry throughout all phases of residential remodeling
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners
  • Help maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety
  • Keep jobsites clean, organized, and respectful of clients' homes
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team
  • Identify field challenges and help develop practical solutions
  • Track materials, document project progress, and maintain daily jobsite records
  • Support and mentor less experienced carpenters when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
  • Experience working on custom homes or high-end residential remodeling projects preferred
  • Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents accurately
  • Knowledge of residential building methods and building codes
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional carpentry tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
