15 Years | 1 | Korea / Kuwait | A Lead Design Engineer - The engineer shall be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of instrumentation engineers in the overall design, development, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for Petrochemical / Refinery Projects. Key Responsibilities: •Technical leadership: - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of instrumentation engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality designs. •Design oversight: - Prepare and review instrumentation data sheet, design drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. •Design coordination: - Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., process, electrical, mechanical) to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems within the overall project. •Problem-solving: - Identify and troubleshoot instrumentation design issues, proposing innovative solutions and working with the team to implement corrective actions. •Project management: - Contribute to project planning and scheduling, ensuring that instrumentation design tasks are completed on time and within budget. •Quality assurance: - Establish and maintain quality standards for instrumentation designs, conducting inspections and reviews to ensure adherence to specifications. |
