As a Senior/Lead Java Developer in our FX trading fintech, you will lead a hands-on engineering squad to deliver the next generation of Java-based services. You will make architectural decisions, mentor peers, and participate in code reviews and pairing. You will build microservices in cloud environments (GCP/AWS) with Kubernetes, emphasizing low-latency, high-throughput solutions for FX trading. This role blends leadership with deep technical involvement in a product-led, fast-paced business. You’ll contribute to shaping a scalable, resilient trading platform.
