Lead Java Engineer Algo Execution | Hedge Fund

I’m working with a leading global multi-strategy hedge fund on a senior hire within its Trading Execution Technology team in Singapore.

The mandate is significant: help shape the next generation of the firm’s execution platform, modernising and scaling the technology that sits at the core of its trading business.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You’ll remain close to the code while taking ownership of major engineering initiatives, influencing architecture and helping raise the technical capability of the wider APAC team.

• Java – 15+ years ideally, with strong hands-on engineering depth
• Low-latency, high-throughput trading systems – microsecond-level environment
• Experience within electronic trading, execution technology, algo trading, OMS/EMS or other front-office trading systems is preferred
