Lead Product Manager, Connectivity

You will own and drive the end-to-end connectivity strategy across bank channels (including proprietary reporting & payments APIs), money market fund platforms, ERP ecosystems, and other critical Office of the CFO integration points. You will lead a dedicated multi-functional engineering team, partnering closely with engineering leads to build, scale, and maintain the connectivity platform that enables real-time data exchange across banks, ERPs, fund portals, and digital asset networks. You will evangelize an API-first approach, manage documentation for internal and external partners, own the lifecycle of partner SDKs and third-party connectors, expand the global banking network, and resolve conflicts between engineering, security, and banking partners to improve uptime, reduce latency, and automate error handling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Connectivity Team (Pod) as the definitive product owner for a newly formed engineering team
  • Drive the core mandate of global connectivity coverage balancing build-vs-integrate decisions
  • Evangelize an API-first approach and manage developer-facing documentation and materials
  • Manage partner SDK lifecycles and third-party connector interoperability with Enterprise ERPs and Money Market Fund portals
  • Expand and optimize the global banking network using standard APIs and proprietary channels
  • Resolve conflicts and drive alignment between Engineering, Security, and Banking Partners
  • Improve uptime, reduce latency, and automate error handling

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management with focus on API Platforms, Integration iPaaS, or Fintech Infrastructure
  • Experience leading dedicated multi-functional engineering teams and driving alignment across multiple partners
  • Deep understanding of systems and APIs including ability to interpret bank specifications (ISO 20022, NACHA, SWIFT gpi)
  • Experience building for a developer audience including API documentation
  • Ability to prioritize infrastructure work and unify fragmented banking and fintech landscapes
