Lead Product Manager Wealth Services

You will define and execute the roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and related wealth services, initially focusing on pensions and SIPPs. You will lead products from discovery and partner negotiation through delivery, launch, and optimization across web and mobile. You will own commercial and product metrics, collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, finance, and commercial stakeholders, and use experimentation and customer analytics to improve member journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and wealth services.
  • Lead end-to-end product management from discovery and partner negotiation through delivery, launch, and optimization.
  • Define and deliver commercial and product metrics, including deposits, activation, retention, funded accounts, assets under administration or management, and cross-sell efficiency.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Finance to deliver compliant features.
  • Build and run test-and-learn programs using A/B testing and MVT.
  • Lead technical and product engagement with banking, savings, investment, and third-party platform partners.
  • Segment customers and use analytics to understand SME cash-flow, savings, and investment needs.

Requirements

  • Have 7–10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in savings, deposits, wealth, or treasury products.
  • Understand savings or investment products, product economics, and regulatory frameworks governing customer outcomes, client assets, and financial promotions.
  • Have experience with pensions or SIPPs.
  • Manage a product P&L, pricing strategies, and unit economics.
  • Work with Banking-as-a-Service APIs, ledger architectures, and data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Have experience taking regulated products from concept to scale in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Influence senior leadership and work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Use experimentation and user research to make data-driven decisions.
