As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs.
Ensure the quality and performance of SAP S/4HANA solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA projects.
Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP teams, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ALV, BAPIs, and user exits.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration strategies, and best practices.
Experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
