As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the successful implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and interpret business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
Ensure the quality and performance of SAP S/4HANA solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing regular updates on project progress.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI/UX design principles is preferred.
Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL programming.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
