Lead - SAP-

As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of SAP technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration with functional and business stakeholders.

Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA projects.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure the quality and performance of SAP technical implementations, conducting thorough testing and optimization.
Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation and best practices within the team.
Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other systems.
Provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and technical proposal development.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP teams, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, SAP UI5, and SAP Fiori.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including HANA database and SAP Cloud Platform.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Certifications in SAP ABAP and/or SAP S/4HANA are an added advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
