Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a highly regarded, New Zealand owned technology consultancy with 30 years in the market. They are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to head up technical design in their Dynamics 365 Business Central team.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will shape solution design, guide delivery teams, and work directly with customers to turn business requirements into practical, high-impact outcomes. You will also be at the front of what comes next for Business Central, designing AI-driven and agentic workflows with Copilot.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead solution architecture for complex Business Central implementations
Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and shape the right solution
Translate functional requirements into clear, robust technical designs
Provide hands-on technical leadership across AL development and integrations
Drive modern engineering practices, including CI/CD adoption
Design AI-driven and agentic workflows using Copilot and the wider Microsoft AI stack
Mentor and grow the capability of developers and consultants
Ensure quality delivery on time and within budget
