Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload from inception through final resolution, including mediation, arbitration, or trial.
- Communicate with clients and help them understand the intricacies of their cases and the legal system.
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Coordinate with, retain, and communicate with medical and liability experts.
- Prepare and manage case pleadings and discovery.
- Attend remote and in-person court hearings.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
Experience:
- 2+ years of personal injury or other relevant litigation experience, including defense litigation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
- Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience.
- Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary increases with no ceiling—and no billable-hour requirement. You will also receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm.
