SCHEDULE: This position operates within a 24/7 environment that may require applicants to work day, evening, and/or night shifts as well asholidays and weekends.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision of the Senior Operations Manager, performs various tasks relating to the transport of passengers in Luxury Vehicles.

TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates a Luxury Vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Follows specific regularly scheduled routes, charter routes or responds to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop offs.
• Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and carrying luggage, packages and other items as needed.
• Monitor’s traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch. Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at beginning of each shift for properly operating headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior courtesy lamps, air conditioning or heating, warning lamps, mirror adjustment, properly inflated tires, windshield wipers, vehicle damage, etc. prior to moving vehicle.
• Responsible for ensuring inside and outside of vehicle are properly cleaned and fueled on an ongoing basis.
• Keeps interior of vehicle neat and orderly.
• Monitor’s vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage using supplied program through electronic device that gets sent to Supervisor.
• Learns and provides guests and passengers with appropriate information regarding lodging, entertainment, and attractions within service area.
• Treats all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• May be required to perform other related duties as requested.
