As a Management and Program Analyst (Wildland Fire - Incident Business) your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Develops project charters, plans, schedules, and governance routines; monitors progress; resolves issues; and implements corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives, schedule, and resource constraints. Conducts analyses of proposed program changes, including impacts of legislative and regulatory requirements, long-range goals, resource needs, and stakeholder impacts, and incident business. Applies qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze program and business data included budget and financial management. Conducts comprehensive reviews of wildland fire program business processes and internal controls; identifies gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; and develops recommendations to strengthen standardization, accountability, and cost effectiveness. Prepares and delivers briefings, executive summaries, decision memoranda, and presentations that translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for leaders.
