Manual Tester

About the Role
We are looking for a Manual Tester with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience who is comfortable on the technical side of testing. You will carry out functional, GUI and API testing across websites, web applications, dashboards and AI systems, making sure features work as expected, interfaces look and behave correctly, data moves accurately between systems, and every release is ready for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and execute test plans, test scenarios and test cases from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Carry out functional, regression, integration, UI and exploratory testing on websites and web applications.
• Test REST APIs in Postman, covering happy paths, status codes, authentication, payload validation and edge cases.
• Verify that data submitted through forms, APIs and integrations arrives correctly in connected systems such as CRMs and databases.
• Run cross-browser and cross-device testing to confirm consistent functionality and appearance.
• Log, track and retest defects in Trello with clear reproduction steps, screenshots and evidence.
• Take part in sprint planning, standups and QA reviews, and help confirm release readiness.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on manual testing experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Practical API testing experience with Postman or Insomnia, and a solid grasp of REST and JSON.
• Confidence using browser developer tools to investigate defects.
• Basic SQL for checking and validating data.
• Experience with Trello, Jira or another defect tracking tool.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written English for test reports shared with clients.

Good to Have

• Basic automation with Postman collections or Selenium.
• Exposure to testing integrations between platforms such as CRM, ERP or e-commerce systems.
• Familiarity with a cloud data platform such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Understanding of webhooks and authentication methods such as API keys and OAuth.
