Material Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Specialist to join our team in the dynamic oil and gas industry. Based offshore with ADNOC operations on island premises, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling material inventory to support Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities and ensure seamless operation execution. Responsibilities: - Manage and control inventory levels of materials to support offshore oil and gas projects. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials. - Implement and maintain material control procedures in compliance with ADNOC standards and PMC requirements. - Monitor and report on material usage, discrepancies, and forecast future material needs to optimize inventory costs. - Conduct regular audits and inspections of material stock to ensure accuracy and condition. - Collaborate closely with project managers and logistics teams to support operational efficiency and project timelines. - Maintain accurate documentation and data entry related to material transactions and inventory records.

- Proven experience in material control within the oil and gas industry, preferably offshore with exposure to ADNOC operations and Project Management Consultancy (PMC). - Strong knowledge of material management systems, inventory control, and supply chain processes. - Ability to work effectively in offshore island environments with strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and inventory optimization. - Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements in the oil and gas sector. - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
