【美商】資訊經理 IT Manager

帶領廠區 IT 團隊提供 SAP、PROMIS、網路及伺服器等系統支援，確保 IT 系統與網路基礎架構穩定運作、停機時間降至最低，並與 Regional/Global IT 協作推動 IT 專案、政策與系統改善，支援營運效率．
Lead the local IT team to provide system support for SAP, PROMIS, network and server infrastructure; ensure IT systems run smoothly with minimal downtime, and work closely with Regional/Global IT to implement IT projects, policies, and system enhancements that support efficient business operations.

【主要職責】[Key Responsibilities]
一、IT 管理與使用者支援 IT Management & User Support
1.督導並協調 IT 人員，提供使用者 SAP、PROMIS、Cisco IPT、Email、TM1、Windows Server、Bond system、LAN/WAN 網路通訊及臨時應用報表之系統支援
Supervise and coordinate IT staff in providing system support to local users for SAP, PROMIS, Cisco IPT, Email, TM1, Windows Servers, Bond system, LAN/WAN networking communication, and ad hoc application reports.
2.提供即時且正確的支援，提升使用者滿意度與 IT 服務信譽
Provide timely and accurate support to local users to gain user satisfaction and build IT service reputation.

二、系統與網路維運 System & Network Maintenance
1.確保所有網路設備及電腦設備於線上作業期間正常運作
Ensure all local network devices and computer equipment are in good working condition during on-line sessions.
2.維持 IT 系統穩定運作，使系統停機時間降至最低
Keep IT systems running smoothly and keep system downtime to the minimum.

三、系統分析與開發 System Analysis & Development
1.與使用者及 Regional/Global IT 密切合作，解決系統問題並推動系統改善
Interact closely with local users and Regional/Global IT to seek system issue resolutions and enhancements.
2.彙整使用者系統需求，提升程式開發效率，提供更有效率的 IT 解決方案
Consolidate system requests from local users for more efficient programming and provide more efficient IT solutions to meet business needs.

四、跨區協調與專案推動 Coordination & Project Implementation
1.配合 Regional/Global IT 如期導入各項 IT 專案
Coordinate with Regional/Global IT to implement Regional/Global IT projects on time.
2.確保廠區 IT 遵循 Regional/Global IT 規範、政策及 Vishay BPO program
Ensure local IT follows Regional/Global IT guidelines, policies, and the Vishay BPO program.
3.與客戶、廠商、海關、廠區營運主管、Vishay Service Desk 及網路電信業者溝通聯繫
Communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, TW Custom Officers, plant operation management, Vishay Service Desk, and network carriers.

五、人員發展與預算管理 People Development & Budget Control
1.督導與培育 IT 人員，確保達成績效及發展目標
Supervise and develop IT staff, ensuring the team meets performance and development goals.
2.IT 預算規劃與控管，協助主管達成績效目標並控制費用於預算內
Plan and control the IT budget, assisting management in reaching performance targets and keeping business expenses within budget.

六、行政與報告 Administration & Reporting
1.提交月報及主管要求之各項 IT 報告，提供管理規劃所需之即時正確資訊
Submit monthly and ad hoc IT reports as requested by management, providing timely and accurate information for planning, consolidation, and administration.
