MEP Manager

We’re Hiring – MEP Engineering Manager

Location: Waslet Dahshour, Sheikh Zayed
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineering Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee MEP design review, coordination, execution, and commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with quality & safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of MEP works.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project integration.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
• Support procurement and logistics for timely delivery of MEP materials.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to MEP teams.

Requirements

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering (5+ years in management)
- Proven track record in large-scale residential/commercial projects
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes & project management tools
- Leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
