MEP Manager

We’re hiring – MEP engineering manager
Location: Waslet Dahshour, Sheikh Zayed
Working days: Saturday–Thursday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
We are looking for an experienced MEP engineering manager to lead and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our construction projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee MEP design review, coordination, execution, and commissioning.
- Manage subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of MEP works.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project integration.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
- Support procurement and logistics for timely delivery of MEP materials.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to MEP teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering (5+ years in management)
- Proven track record in large-scale residential/commercial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and project management tools
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
