As a Mobile App Developer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. By developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative mobile applications to enhance client engagement
- Managing software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and SwiftUI to design and code mobile applications
- Overseeing the application lifecycle management, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and microservices into mobile applications
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards
- Driving continuous integration and delivery processes to streamline application development
- Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
- Analyzing business requirements to align software solutions with client objectives
- Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and embracing change to improve project outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-iOS: Swift + SwiftUI/UIKit or Android: Kotlin (or Java) + Jetpack Compose

-Cross-platform: React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Flutter (Dart), mobile app architecture patterns, Understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle — build, test, release, app store submission

-REST API integration and JSON handling, Local data persistence (SQLite, Realm, Core Data, Room, or equivalent), UI/UX & Platform Compliance

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Excelling in client management and relationship building
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
- Developing applications using Java, Kotlin, and SwiftUI
- Implementing microservices architecture for scalable solutions
- Managing software project planning and execution
- Mentoring teams in software development best practices
