Motion Graphics Designer

Summary

Creates high-impact motion graphics and video ads for gaming campaigns, social media, and live events, specializing in animations for leaderboards, tournaments, and promotional content with a focus on Meta/TikTok/YouTube performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-Volume Production: Create eye-catching motion graphics and video ads for various campaigns, including user incentives, event promotions, and new feature releases.
  • Game & League Content: Animate leaderboards, tournament brackets, player statistics, score updates, and game teasers that capture the excitement of live action.
  • Social First: Design and animate content optimized for performance on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, with a focus on hooking viewers in the first 3 seconds.
  • Localization: Adapt and resize master creatives for multiple markets and languages, ensuring cultural relevance and regional compliance.
  • Brand Consistency: Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure all animations meet the regulatory requirements of our operating jurisdictions.
  • Asset Management: Build and maintain libraries of templates for rapid deployment of recurring promotions and real-time event updates.


Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of professional motion design experience, ideally within the interactive entertainment, fantasy sports, or mobile gaming sectors
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects (expressions, templates, complex animations)
  • Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D trophy animations or immersive environments is a major plus
  • MUST have: Portfolio
