FAE / Field Application Engineer – Robotics & Automation
Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, Malaysia
Employment: EOR | On-site / Project-based deployment
We are hiring an experienced FAE / Field Application Engineer to support robotics and automation projects in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- On-site project implementation and commissioning
- System setup, software debugging and troubleshooting
- Network deployment and equipment configuration
- Customer training and technical support
- Support project delivery and acceptance
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Background in Robotics, AGV/AMR, Industrial Automation, or Automated Equipment
- Familiar with Windows / Linux
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and customer-site experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Malaysian citizen
- Degree in Robotics, Software Engineering, Network Engineering or related field preferred
Salary: Open, based on market level and experience
Working arrangement: Based at customer project sites; occasional weekend work may be required, with OT paid according to local regulations.
