You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly engage with customers to refine requirements and deliver high-quality software. The position focuses on scalable engineering practices and a practical, run-it-yourself mentality to maintain and improve products. - Manage backlog with the team, refine requirements, and deliver high-quality software

- Improve team efficiency, scalability, and engineering practices using modern tools and technologies
- 4+ years of software development experience, ideally .NET web/desktop
- Experience with object-oriented languages (C#, C++, Java, or Python)
- Familiarity with version control, TDD, BDD, or similar practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be self-driven
