Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Network & Data Centre Support

• Maintain network devices — including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and Wi-Fi — and IT infrastructure across office, shop, warehouse, and data centre environments.

• Administer systems and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure availability, security, and performance.

• Monitor network performance, conduct fault diagnosis, and maintain uptime targets (99.9%+ SLA).

• Produce fault reports, system administration records, and technical documentation.

• Support infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and vendor coordination.

• Support critical IT systems and network infrastructure in data centre and warehouse environments.

• Participate in after-hours, standby, or 24x7 support when required.

Project Implementation

• Assist in delivering infrastructure and network implementation projects.

• Perform installation, testing, migration, and system deployment activities.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

AI & Innovation Support

• Learn and support AI tools and business AI initiatives.

• Assist users in adopting AI solutions to improve productivity.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Desktop & User Support

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, software issues, and urgent user requests.

• Perform device setup, replacement, and user onboarding support.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline

• At least 1-2 years' experiences in infrastructure

• Work within Data Center, Internet Operations environment is advantage

• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, Palo Alto, and Juniper networking equipment.
