Network & Security, Senior Engineer

Master Works is seeking an experienced Network & Security Senior Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and secure enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and network security solutions.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security events.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
• Implement network segmentation, access controls, and security best practices.
• Support network security assessments and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain network and security documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network and security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security.
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
