Job Description

We are recruiting Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialists (fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for a full-time remote role within Greece, delivering premium customer service for an international consumer brand.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Nordic-speaking consumers, managing inquiries across digital channels, resolving account and order requests, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience from your home office anywhere in Greece.

Your Role
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer care in your native Nordic language via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with account management, order status inquiries, product specifications, billing, and returns.
  • Diagnose customer challenges accurately and guide users systematically toward first-contact resolutions.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT), service quality, and response metrics.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and outcomes within internal CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex technical, payment, or operational issues to senior support tiers as needed.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement training.
Your Qualifications
  • Native or near-native fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish at C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Good working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for systems navigation, training, and team collaboration.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear verbal communication and precise, grammatically sound written skills.
  • High self-discipline and time management skills suited for autonomous remote work.
  • Dedicated home workspace with a stable, high-speed broadband internet connection.
  • Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, or hospitality is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Residing in Greece or eligible to relocate and obtain local work authorization (AFM/AMKA).
The Offer
  • Work Mode: 100% remote within Greece (full technical work equipment provided).
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, full-time employment with rotational shift options covering Monday through Sunday (with 2 scheduled rest days per week).
  • Compensation & Bonuses: Competitive monthly base salary package (paid across 14 installments per year in accordance with Greek labor law), plus monthly performance-related bonuses.
  • Health & Benefits: Comprehensive private health insurance coverage from day one, plus daily meal allowances.
  • Relocation Package: Full relocation assistance for eligible candidates moving to Greece, including covered flight tickets, airport pickup, 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival, and dedicated administrative support to obtain local tax and social security registrations.
  • Training & Development: Fully paid initial virtual training program, continuous online coaching, and structured internal career development pathways within a global organization.
