Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise clinical nursing care to residents.

• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and resident care.

• Guide and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff.

• Coordinate resident care with nursing colleagues and other departments.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families and other stakeholders.

• Participate in clinical training and nursing quality improvement initiatives.

• Review and update Nursing Care Plans to ensure appropriate care is provided.
