Odoo Implementor / Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer to join our team in delivering Odoo projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• System Setup & Configuration:

  • Perform Odoo initial setup and system configuration tailored to client requirements.

  • Configure core modules: Accounting & Chart of Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse.

  • Set up and configure the Manufacturing (MRP) module where applicable.

• Data Management & Migration:

  • Set up products, customers, vendors, and master data.

  • Import existing data and opening balances via Excel/CSV.

• Workflows & Access Control:

  • Configure basic workflows, approval rules, and business processes.

  • Set up user accounts, roles, and access rights.

• Testing, Training & Support:

  • Conduct thorough system testing (UAT) and resolve configuration issues.

  • Provide basic end-user training and documentation.

  • Offer post-go-live support and necessary adjustments during the hypercare phase.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven functional experience (3+ years) as an Odoo Implementer / Functional Consultant across multiple client projects.

• Core Modules: Deep functional expertise in Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Manufacturing (MRP).

• Data Migration: Hands-on experience with Excel/CSV data cleansing and import for Odoo.

• Problem Solving: Strong understanding of standard Odoo workflows and ability to propose smart functional workarounds without unnecessary customization.

• Odoo Functional Certification.
