Right now, we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
  
• Computer skills in Windows and Unix/Linux environments;
  
• Basic knowledge of alarm systems;
  
• Analysis of alarm systems and initial troubleshooting, ensuring that incidents are opened with information relevant to diagnosis.
  

• 12th grade academic level in IT as minimum requirement (plus);
  
• At least 1 year experience in similar roles;
  
• Knowledge of computer support and networks;
  
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems (basic commands, troubleshooting, service/user management);
  
• Availability for 24/7 shifts.

• Previous experience in a NOC (Network Operations Center) or Service Desk (even if gained through an internship or in an academic setting);
  
• Basic troubleshooting of faults and events;
  
• Basic scripting skills (introductory knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or Python for simple automation);
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills (essential in environments with multiple alerts and simultaneous tasks).
