• Day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Perform wafer testing using the designated wafer testing platform according to the production schedule.
• Conduct die testing using the designated die testing platform.
• Carry out die sorting according to production requirements and schedules.
• Monitor testing and sorting activities to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain 6S standards, cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the cleanroom facility.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, production or equipment operations will be an advantage.
• Able to follow production schedules, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts under the 4-3-3-4 schedule.
• Willing to wear cleanroom attire and comply with cleanroom and workplace safety procedures.
• Good working attitude, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to work overtime when required.
