For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 years in data migration and data conversion projects
- Oracle Retail Cloud experience, strong SQL and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of data migration methodologies, governance and best practices
- Experience creating data mapping, transformation and reconciliation documents
- Stakeholder management and clear communication with business and technical teams
- Experience with Oracle Retail SaaS implementations (nice to have)
- Knowledge of retail processes: merchandising, pricing, inventory management (nice to have)
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto, 2 days per week (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
