Part Time SDR/BDR (Marketing background)
Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Web Services
Role Overview
We’re hiring a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified web development and website redesign opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
This is not a high-volume, spray-and-pray outreach role. We’re looking for someone who can identify the right companies, understand potential gaps in their digital presence, and start relevant conversations with decision-makers.
Your primary responsibility is to prospect, qualify, and book meetings for the sales team.
You are not responsible for closing deals or managing projects. Your focus is creating qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Saudi Arabia–based startups, SMEs, and mid-sized companies that could benefit from website development, redesign, or digital experience services.
- Research prospects and identify companies with potential needs such as:
- Outdated or underperforming websites
- Poor user experience (UX/UI)
- Weak mobile experience
- Limited conversion capabilities
- Need for a new website or complete redesign
- Growing businesses requiring a stronger digital presence
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors, Heads of Marketing, CMOs, and other stakeholders responsible for digital initiatives.
- Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Personalize outreach based on the prospect's company, website, industry, and potential digital needs.
- Qualify prospects based on:
- Current website and digital presence
- Website development or redesign needs
- Business relevance and potential fit
- Interest in improving their digital presence
- Readiness to explore a website project
- Clearly communicate the value of modern, high-performing websites, including:
- Stronger brand positioning
- Improved user experience
- Better lead generation and conversion
- Mobile responsiveness
- Improved credibility and digital presence
- Websites built to support business growth
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team — quality matters more than simply filling the calendar.
- Maintain accurate prospect information, outreach activity, follow-ups, and notes in the CRM.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and manage outreach sequences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve targeting, messaging, qualification criteria, and outreach performance.
Ideal Background
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter, or Outbound Sales Representative.
- Proven experience with B2B outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
- Previous experience selling or generating leads for web development, web design, digital marketing, creative agencies, SaaS, or other digital services is highly preferred.
- Comfortable prospecting senior decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
- Strong research and personalization skills — able to look at a company's website and identify relevant conversation opportunities.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, target-driven environment.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not measured purely by outreach volume.
We care about relevant conversations and qualified opportunities.
A successful SDR consistently identifies companies with genuine web development or redesign potential, reaches the right decision-makers, and converts those conversations into qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
