We're growing our partner network globally and looking for someone to drive that from the front. About the role You'll own the full lifecycle of our partnership programme — identifying the right HR professionals globally, building genuine relationships, converting them into active partners, and keeping them engaged long-term. A significant part of this role is executed through LinkedIn, and you'll be expected to work across international markets from day one. This involves running a brand ambassador strategy — finding well-networked HR professionals, pitching the programme one-on-one, onboarding confirmed partners, and managing the relationship ongoing. What you'll do Research and build a qualified pipeline of HR professionals across international markets using LinkedIn and community channels Execute personalised outreach — tailored to each prospect's background, geography, and professional context Schedule and lead pitch meetings (video calls), present the programme, and handle objections confidently Onboard confirmed partners onto the NextInHR platform and ensure they're set up for success Maintain regular engagement with active partners — track activity, re-activate disengaged ones, and gather feedback Keep CRM records up to date and report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and partner activity What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, community growth, or a relationship-driven sales role Hands-on LinkedIn experience as a primary outreach and networking tool — Sales Navigator experience is a plus Proven ability to work with international markets and navigate cross-cultural professional communication Strong verbal and written English — comfortable presenting to senior professionals via video call Self-directed with strong pipeline management habits — you follow up consistently without being chased Knowledge of the HR domain and an existing HR network is a strong advantage.
