Deliver compassionate personal care by assisting patients with daily activities and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
Monitor patient conditions by observing and reporting physical or emotional changes to nursing staff for timely care adjustments.
Document care journeys accurately to maintain reliable medical records that support seamless team collaboration.
Maintain safe environments by organizing patient rooms and keeping essential medical equipment clean and ready.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Nurse Aide.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
