Schedule: Days | PRN
- Deliver compassionate personal care by assisting patients with daily activities and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Monitor patient conditions by observing and reporting physical or emotional changes to nursing staff for timely care adjustments.
- Document care journeys accurately to maintain reliable medical records that support seamless team collaboration.
- Maintain safe environments by organizing patient rooms and keeping essential medical equipment clean and ready.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Nurse Aide.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
