PC.PC Sales Retail Coordinator

· Maintain customer records.

· Assist the sales representatives in coordinating with supply chain, when needed.

· Assist in the preparation of quotations, tender documents, and sales contracts.

· Issue and monitor sales orders.

· Assist sales representatives in post-selling activities, including invoicing and collection as well order fulfillment.

· Prepare reports for sales management on sales activity.

· Follow up with cars selling and receiving transactions and sending the proper reports.

· Ensure all required documents and receipts are full filed with the sales request form then follow up until the issuance of the traffic letter.
