PC.PC Sales Retail Coordinator

· Maintain customer records.

· Assist the sales representatives in coordinating with supply chain, when needed.

· Assist in the preparation of quotations, tender documents, and sales contracts.

· Issue and monitor sales orders.

· Assist sales representatives in post-selling activities, including invoicing and collection as well order fulfillment.

· Prepare reports for sales management on sales activity.

· Follow up with cars selling and receiving transactions and sending the proper reports.

Ensure all required documents and receipts are full filed with the sales request form then follow up until the issuance of the traffic letter.
