Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Tester with over 4 years of software testing experience, specializing in Pega Smart Dispute framework validation and payment card processing workflows. The role involves executing end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing for debit/credit card dispute lifecycle management, chargeback handling, and dispute resolution systems.

Responsibilities

1. Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test suites, test cases, and test scenarios based on Pega Smart Dispute requirements.
2. Perform thorough functional testing on dispute case processing, rule evaluations, and compliance rules for card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
3. Execute API and database testing to validate data exchange between Pega Smart Dispute and core banking or payment gateway systems.
4. Log, track, verify, and close bugs using defect management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies, refine acceptance criteria, and assist business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Mandatory Skills

• Pega Smart Dispute & Fraud Framework Testing
• Payment Processing & Chargeback Domain Knowledge
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and batch file-based interfaces
• Software Test Execution & Defect Management (Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps)
• SQL & Database Validation

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, or Pega Scenario Testing)
• Basic usage of Pega inspection tools (Tracer, Clipboard) for root cause analysis
