People & Culture Insights Intern 2027 Beschrijving Internship / Fixed term for up to 6 months / Full Time (40 hours per week) Location : GPI is based in the Netherlands. During this internship, you contribute to the People & Culture (P&C) data insights work, gaining hands-on experience in managing datasets, data cleaning, processing, analysis, and strategic reporting to leadership. You will actively support various projects within the P&C insights function, with some strong collaboration with the Wellbeing & Engagement function, including the global annual workforce report and the global engagement & wellbeing survey. This internship is a full-time position ( 40 hours per week ) for a period of six months. The starting date will be mid January, ideally the 11th of January 2026 . Interns receive 800 euros net as a monthly stipend . We have an office in Amsterdam and the internship can be a combination of virtual and in-person from the GPI office.
