Oversee construction design, feasibility studies, and planning for property projects, ensuring design concepts and materials meet standards while monitoring progress and schedules.
Job Responsibilities
- Construction Design, Feasibility Study, Planning Strategy, and Execution including monitoring construction progress and schedules, reviewing all materials submitted, reviewing and approving the design concept and material changes.

General Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Architect or Civil Engineering studies.
- Min 10 years' working experience as architect/ design and planning.
- Have exposure in Design, Cost and Construction.
- Have background experience in hotel and/or mall is preferred.
- Up-to-date with today's property design, new concept and structure is a plus point.
- Fluent in English.
