Aspiring Talent is partnering with Queensland Urban Utilities to recruit an experienced Portfolio Delivery Analyst to join its Digital & Information team.
This is an immediate contract through to December 2026, with potential extension, working in a hybrid Brisbane CBD environment.
The role will provide governance and delivery assurance across Digital Programs, helping strengthen project performance, reporting and portfolio oversight.
What you'll be doing
What we're looking for You'll ideally bring experience within a Digital/ICT PMO, EPMO or portfolio delivery environment, with strong exposure to project governance, assurance, reporting and project controls.
You'll be analytical, comfortable challenging project information and confident working with Project Managers and stakeholders to identify risks and improve delivery outcomes.

- Provide governance and delivery assurance across Digital Programs.
- Review project artefacts against governance frameworks and organisational standards.
- Monitor project reporting, risks, issues, financial performance, controls and data quality.
- Identify emerging delivery risks and work with project teams to improve performance.
- Support consistent portfolio governance, assurance and reporting practices.
- Assist with portfolio planning, prioritisation and dependency management.
- Drive continuous improvement across portfolio management and governance.
