Job Summary

ITC Infotech is looking for an experienced Power BI Lead to support our client engagement by designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, and data integration across multiple business functions.

This role requires a professional who can not only deliver high-quality dashboards but also contribute to a long-term BI and visualization strategy focused on scalability, governance, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard and reporting development.
• Design and develop scalable data models for enterprise reporting.
• Create complex DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs.
• Optimize report and dashboard performance for large datasets.
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources including HR, Finance, Operations, and other business systems.
• Develop executive-level dashboards with intuitive and impactful visualizations.
• Establish and promote reporting best practices, data governance standards, and visualization consistency.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Contribute to the organization's long-term analytics and visualization strategy.
• Support data-driven decision-making through actionable insights.
