Power BI Developer

Salary: 800 - 1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and enhancing an enterprise risk management platform used to manage non-financial risks across a large financial organization. The project aims to streamline and modernize risk management processes, improve reporting and data visualization, and support business decision-making through Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

• Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions

• Work with structured and unstructured data using MS SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly reporting solutions

Expected competences and knowledge

• Several years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Strong expertise in MS SQL, DAX, and advanced Microsoft Excel (data preparation, transformations, and table relationships)

• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data optimization

• Experience in data handling, reporting, and data visualization

• Experience working in Agile teams

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
