Salary: 900-1050 PLN/day on B2B
Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (3 days per week from the office)

Project
Responsibilities you'll have

Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements

Translate requirements into features, user stories, and functional specifications

Drive requirements from discovery through documentation to handover for development

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams

Identify dependencies and support delivery within a large transformation program
Expected competences and knowledge
-
10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
-
Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact
-
Experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large financial institution

Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
-
Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants
-
Ability to work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders

Fluent English
