Senior IT Analyst

Work model: 2-3 days per week from office in Warsaw/Łódź/Gdańsk/Gdynia

Rate: 140 pln/h net +VAT

We are seeking an additional Senior IT Analyst to join our downstream team within the Core Banking program. This role is pivotal in replacing outdated local legacy systems with a unified Nordic core banking platform. The Senior IT Analyst will be responsible for collecting requirements from business stakeholders and documenting them into features and/or user stories. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving the requirements process from collection through documentation to handover to developers, while managing relationships in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

• Creating features and user stories for the development team.

• Managing the requirements process from initiation to handover.

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

• Quickly onboarding to the program and adapting to a complex environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in CDW and reporting.

• Fluency in English.

• Professional knowledge of data governance and data mapping.

• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.

• Participated in large programs with approximately 300+ employees.

• Proficiency in SQL or similar tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a Nordic bank.

• Knowledge of reporting methodologies.

• Familiarity with Hadoop or similar technologies.
