Presales / Technical Consultant – Cybersecurity
Salary: Up to S$7,000

Job Responsibilities
- Work with Sales and Product teams to understand customer requirements and recommend cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Develop solution designs, technical proposals and solution architectures.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Engage customers to understand security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support sales teams during customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Keep up to date with cybersecurity technologies, threats and solutions.
Requirements
- CyberArk certification is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity presales, technical consulting or solution engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication and customer engagement skills.
- Able to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
