Presales Engineer – HCI / Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
About the role
We are expanding our Presales team and opening multiple positions in Infrastructure / HCI and Cybersecurity.
Candidates may specialize in Infrastructure / HCI or Security based on their skills, experience, and interests. Fresh graduates and early-career engineers with relevant technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
This is a technical-focused Presales role where you will work closely with Sales, partners, customers, and leading global technology vendors on solution design, technical consulting, presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC).
You will also be part of our expansion into AI-ready and cloud-integrated infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions that support modern enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
• Provide presales technical support and solution consulting to Sales, partners, and customers
• Design and propose infrastructure or security solutions based on customer requirements
• Support solution design, sizing, BOM, and technical requirements
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC)
• Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for customers and partners
• Support marketing events and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure project success
About you
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related fields
• Hands-on knowledge or experience in either of the following areas:
Infrastructure / HCI Track:
Virtualization, server, storage, networking, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). Experience with Sangfor HCI, VMware, Nutanix, or similar technologies is a plus.
Security Track:
Firewalls, network security, endpoint security / EDR / XDR, DLP, encryption, data protection, PKI, digital certificates, Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), HSM / key management, or other cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience in Presales, System Engineering, System Integration, Technical Support, Infrastructure, Network, Security, or related technical roles is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Thai; English reading and writing skills are a plus
• Strong teamwork, customer focus, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have (Optional)
• Relevant technical certifications in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity
• Understanding of Cloud, DevOps, or DevSecOps concepts
• Experience with API integration, automation, scripting, or containers such as Docker/Kubernetes
